The author describes the eventful life of a woman who lived on a razor-edge in a time full of contradictions and dangers, without losing sight of the larger context of European history.
- Anja Zimmer, born in 1968 in Lich/Hesse studied german philologie and protestant theologie in Gießen/ Hesse. With her husband she lives in the Rhineland and travels for lectures throughout Germany.
